These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website stramedia.ch and any products, services, tools or digital properties operated by STRAMEDIA SA (hereinafter “Stramedia”, “we”, “us”). By accessing, browsing or using the website or any Stramedia service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Scope of the Services
Stramedia provides paid media, social media marketing, influencer coordination, audience amplification, performance marketing and related professional consulting services on a business-to-business basis. The content of this website is informational. Concrete engagements are governed by separate written agreements between Stramedia and the client.
3. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are accessing the site on behalf of yourself or of an entity you are authorized to bind. The services are directed to businesses and professionals; they are not directed to children.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site or services in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
- attempt to interfere with, compromise or probe the security of the site;
- scrape, index, copy or republish content without written authorization;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Stramedia;
- use automated means to access the site in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load.
5. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, layouts, logos, designs, source code and other materials on the site are the property of Stramedia or its licensors and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Third-party names and marks shown on the site are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only. Unless otherwise stated in writing, reference to a brand, artist or platform does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.
6. User-submitted content and contact forms
If you submit an inquiry, message or contact request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant Stramedia the right to use the content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and to conduct the related business communications.
7. Third-party platforms and integrations
Stramedia operates and runs campaigns on third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Google and others. Stramedia is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially partnered with these platforms unless explicitly stated in writing. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.
When you connect a Meta account (Facebook or Instagram) to a Stramedia-operated app or service, your use of that connection is additionally governed by the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Platform Policy. Stramedia commits to processing your Platform Data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stramedia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Stramedia does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, Stramedia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory applicable law.
10. Links to third-party sites
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Stramedia does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
11. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and in our Cookie Policy. Deletion of personal data associated with Stramedia-operated apps or services is described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect from its publication date on this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive venue is the competent court of Chiasso, Canton Ticino, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of their country of habitual residence where applicable.
